HelloFresh in Mississauga, Ontario, is seeking a Senior Regulatory Compliance Specialist to ensure HelloFresh Meal Kit and Factor products meet regulatory standards. You’ll review labeling, manage ingredient statements, and support time-sensitive changes through Thursday–Monday coverage.

You will collaborate with Product, Culinary, Procurement, and FSQA to address regulatory questions, maintain documentation, and guide stakeholders on labeling and allergen requirements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in food regulatory affairs, labeling, or safety.
• Bachelor's in related field preferred; 3 years experience may substitute.
• Familiarity with FDA/USDA labeling requirements.
• Experience reviewing Nutrition Facts, ingredients, allergens, and claims.
• Ability to translate regulatory docs into guidance for partners.
• Knowledge of Canadian labeling rules is a plus.
• Experience with labeling/specification data and related software.

Responsabilités

• Review and approve regulatory and labeling information for HelloFresh Meal Kit and Factor.
• Support labeling updates, ensure accuracy of ingredient statements, allergens, and Nutrition Facts.
• Review menus and substitutions for regulatory compliance, including weekend changes.
• Evaluate products against US regulatory requirements and escalate risks.
• Check supplier docs and product information for accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate across Product, Culinary, Procurement, FSQA, and Operations.
• Support new launches by identifying regulatory requirements before implementation.
• Maintain regulatory docs and records for compliance and audits.
• Provide guidance on labeling, allergens, and claims to internal teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve regulatory processes and workflows.
• Offer regulatory support Thursday through Monday for time-sensitive issues.
