Job summary

Perimeter Aviation LP is seeking an Assistant Chief Pilot to lead air crew supervision, ensure regulatory compliance, and continuously improve procedures. The role includes scheduling, training, and managing safety programs under the Chief Pilot's supervision.

The position requires an ATPL with Group 1 Instrument Rating and PIC experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills to engage staff and partners across operations. On-site work with travel as required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Hold a valid Airline Transport Pilot License (aeroplanes) with a valid Group 1 Instrument Rating.
• Hold a type rating for at least one aeroplane type.
• Minimum three years’ experience as PIC of company aircraft.
• Knowledge of Company Operations Manual and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Accept responsibility as delegated by the Chief Pilot for tasks related to line operations, pilot supervision and SMS administration.
• Promote positive employee engagement with respect to Customer Satisfaction and On-Time Performance.
• Assist in conducting aircraft, simulator and ground training as required.
• Coordinate with third party service providers on aircraft operations and charter flight coordination.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and supervision of pilot groups.
• Coordinate safety management system administration for aircraft operations.
• Ensure safety is present in all decisions and actions.
• Fly a minimum of two scheduled days per month or as required by regulations.
• Perform/delegate Line Checks and ACP duties.
• Assist and step in for department as required.
