CLEAR is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead daily airport operations, driving security, service, and sales excellence. You will oversee both salaried and hourly staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships with TSA, airlines and airport partners.

The role requires 5+ years in leadership, a passion for teamwork, and a proven track record in coaching and developing staff to meet ambitious KPIs.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of leadership experience in a high-volume, customer-facing environment.
• Experience managing both salaried and hourly employees.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on coaching.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate teams to hit objectives.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day operations of Ambassadors and Managers on airport security, customer service and sales.
• Own the airport business unit and drive KPI execution and overall performance.
• Hire, develop, and sustain a diverse team delivering security, service and sales.
• Drive employee engagement and accountability for exceptional service and CLEAR storytelling.
• Performance manage salaried and hourly staff with ongoing feedback and tough conversations.
• Build relationships with TSA, airline and airport partners; escalate issues as needed.
• Manage labor, payroll, and scheduling; ensure optimal floor coverage on site.
• Spend at least 80% of time on the floor in a customer-facing environment.
