Job summary

Flair Airlines is seeking a seasoned executive to lead Flight Operations from our Toronto office. You will oversee pilot training, crew resources, dispatch, and the OCC, driving safety and efficiency across the network.

Responsibilities include strategy development, budget ownership, and regulatory engagement with Transport Canada, while guiding labour relations and operational risk management to support growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Aviation, Aviation Management, Business, or related field.
• Commercial pilot background is required.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in commercial aviation operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership for Flair's Flight Operations portfolio including OCC and pilot training.
• Lead development and execution of Flight Operations strategy aligned with growth goals.
• Own Flight Operations operating budget and manage resources accordingly.
• Oversee governance, safety, regulatory compliance, and labour relations with unions.
