Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp operations ensuring compliance with DOT regulations.
• Manage ramp staff activities including scheduling, training, and supervision.
• Implement safety and operational policies in line with DOT and FAA guidelines.
• Conduct regular inspections of ramp equipment and vehicles for DOT compliance.
• Coordinate with airline partners and ground handling agents for efficient ramp operations.
• Develop and enforce procedures for aircraft loading and unloading.
• Monitor ramp activities to ensure safe handling of cargo and baggage.
• Address and resolve operational issues and incidents on the ramp.
