Pursuit is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Manager to lead the safe, efficient maintenance of a large vehicle fleet in Banff. You will oversee preventive maintenance scheduling, repair expenses, vendor relationships, and a diverse maintenance team, while aligning with health and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, cost control, and a commitment to environmental and guest experience improvements within our Pursuit Transportation operations.

Qualifications

• Experience managing fleet maintenance for 50+ vehicles.
• Ability to troubleshoot and implement solutions.
• Criminal record check required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on training experience helpful.
