EBC Inc. is seeking an experienced manager for its Machinery and Equipment Department in Canada. You will lead heavy equipment fleet utilization, coordinate maintenance and site mobilizations, and ensure regulatory compliance across multiple job sites.

The role emphasizes safety, reporting, and collaboration with project sites. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in heavy equipment management, strong CMMS and Excel skills, and a degree in a related field.

Qualifications

• Degree in management, construction equipment mechanics, logistics, mechanical engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in heavy equipment management or the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of applicable safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with CMMS, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Oversee the utilization of heavy equipment across construction sites and validate equipment condition.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and inspections; manage mobilization between sites.
• Maintain fleet registrations and insurance; ensure compliance with inspections and reporting.
