We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A.
This role is available to candidates across Canada and the US, excluding Quebec.
Our Financial Planning & Analysis team is focused on driving stakeholder and shareholder value by developing the operating and financial plans required to achieve our company goals. You will help our business grow, help our customers succeed, and continuously improve the way we operate.
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Financial Analyst who takes numbers seriously, thrives in a rapid-growth, high-velocity environment, and someone who lives and breathes our values.
As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in driving insights and supporting strategic decision-making through in-depth analyses, revenue forecasting, ad-hoc financial modeling, and strong stakeholder partnerships. This position requires a deep understanding of SaaS business models, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation is one of the main components of Clio’s Total Rewards Program. We have developed a series of programs and processes to ensure we are creating fair and competitive pay practices that form the foundation of our human and high-performing culture.
The full salary range* for this role is $95,700 to $112,600 to $129,500 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
* We aim to hire all candidates between the minimum and the midpoint of the full salary range. We reserve the midpoint to the maximum of the salary band for internal employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on individual experience and skillset of the candidate. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
