Summary

We are currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Revenue FP&A. This role is available to candidates across Canada and the US, excluding Quebec.

Our Financial Planning & Analysis team focuses on driving stakeholder and shareholder value by developing the operating and financial plans required to achieve our company goals. You will help our business grow, support our customers' success, and improve our operations.

We seek an experienced, results-driven Senior Financial Analyst who is meticulous with numbers, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and embodies our values. You will play a key role in providing insights and strategic support through analyses, revenue forecasting, financial modeling, and stakeholder collaboration. A deep understanding of SaaS business models and strong analytical skills are essential.

What you’ll work on

• Gather data from various sources to prepare forecasts and provide analytics and summaries.
• Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models with revenue teams, focusing on SaaS metrics.
• Analyze data to identify revenue growth opportunities.
• Support decision-making with insights on ROI, unit economics, LTV, CAC, and sales efficiency.
• Update financial models, conduct variance analysis, and forecast future performance.
• Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and collaborate with operational leaders.
• Work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives and present findings to stakeholders, including leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy and source integrity.
• Collaborate with Accounting to verify financial information.

What you bring

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• CPA or CFA preferred.
• 3+ years of Financial Planning or Business Analysis experience.
• Experience in investment banking, consulting, or SaaS finance with strong modeling skills.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics and KPIs.
• Passion for data visualization and analysis.
• Data-driven, analytical, curious, and self-motivated.
• Excellent communication skills for all organizational levels.
