A day in the life:
Reporting to the Manager/Senior Manager of FP&A, the Senior Financial Analyst executes financial planning and analysis activities. Responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and communicating results to leadership. You will partner with the business to understand operational and financial links, provide insights, and support strategic decisions.

Compensation & Benefits:
The typical salary range is $81,500 - $107,000 annually, based on experience and market factors. Benefits include bonuses, health and dental, paid time off, retirement matching, discounts, fitness classes, parental support, development programs, mentorship, and leadership opportunities. Eligibility varies, and benefits are subject to change.
Workplace arrangement:
This role is hybrid, requiring at least 4 days onsite per week, emphasizing collaboration and community.
