We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can turn complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for a range of audiences, including executive management. In this role, you'll help shape strategic decisions by providing meaningful analysis that guides various business functions.

You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment where flexibility and collaboration are key. You will bring strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively.

What you’ll be doing:

• Develop and enhance FP&A support provided to the Corporate Group.
• Build strategic relationships across the organization at all levels, gaining deep knowledge of the area and providing insights into financial data that influence strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate to review all core FP&A functions, including management reporting, annual budgeting, forecasting, and project analysis.
• Partner in developing key performance financial indicators and cost levers.
• Deliver results professionally and clearly, highlighting key assumptions and potential risks to support business decision-making.
• Stay updated on developments in analytical tools, techniques, and industry best practices.

What you’ll have:

• A university degree and a professional accounting (CPA) or finance (CFA) designation.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in finance.
• A proven track record as a valued business partner.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with storytelling ability.
• Ability to interpret data, assess its value, and present findings clearly to stakeholders, including ELT.
• Working knowledge of core financial systems, process automation, financial modeling, analytics, and data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
• An agile mindset to adapt to a dynamic environment.
• Collaboration skills with a proven ability to drive change through team and trust building.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with a financial institution.
• Knowledge of Workday and Adaptive Planning.

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000

The salary range reflects the job rate for fully competent candidates. Actual salary may vary based on market conditions and relevant factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
