Canadian Accounting Consultants [CPA Recruitment] is seeking a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) for a pure FP&A role in a Toronto-based organization. The position offers an entrepreneurial environment, with growth opportunities, and a flexible hybrid work arrangement.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the assigned business unit, providing financial insights and decision support.
• Lead forecasting, budgeting, financial modelling, and variance analysis activities.
• Analyze revenue dynamics, customer trends, and business performance.
• Prepare management reporting and present meaningful financial insights to stakeholders.
• Support strategic planning and business initiatives through detailed financial analysis.
• Review and enhance financial reporting processes, models, and analytical tools.
• Ensure appropriate application of revenue recognition principles and related reporting requirements.
• Provide financial insights and analysis to support pricing, profitability, and business decisions.
• Lead renewal forecasting and retention reporting to drive recurring revenue growth.
• Review customer pricing, discounts, and contract structures to optimize business outcomes.

The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary, and annual performance bonus. Full remuneration details to be disclosed to all candidates under consideration.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.
• Progressive experience in relevant financial planning & analysis roles.
• Expertise in financial modelling, forecasting, and management reporting.
