Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant financial analysis experience.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Ability to communicate financial findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with complex data.
• Power BI or a professional designation is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare financial analyses and reports related to employee costs, headcount and hiring.

• Review compensation-related data and contracts for accuracy and completeness.
