Job summary

Vaco in the Greater Toronto Area is seeking a financial analyst to prepare analyses related to employee costs, headcount, and hiring. The role supports budgeting, forecasting, and bonus planning, and reviews compensation data for accuracy. You will explain variances to business stakeholders and assist with payment approvals.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in financial analysis, strong Excel skills, and the ability to convey findings to non-finance colleagues. Power BI is a plus.

You must currently reside within the Greater Toronto Area and be permitted to work in Canada to be considered for this opportunity.
