What You’ll Do

• Prepare and analyze recurring financial reports to support business decision-making
• Reconcile and validate data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Partner with internal teams to support payroll-related analysis and financial reporting impacts
• Assist with audit processes and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and performance drivers
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and planning activities
• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate outcomes and support strategic initiatives
• Analyze large datasets to provide insights on cost structures, incentives, and performance metrics
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements to increase efficiency

What You Bring
