Job summary

Vaco by Highspring seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A for a 12-month contract in Toronto. The role requires in-office work at the Toronto core, with a schedule of 2 days per week.

The successful candidate will partner with lines of business, own budgeting/forecasting, and deliver actionable performance insights for executive stakeholders. CPA/CFA/MBA or equivalent designation is preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• Professional accounting/finance designation (CPA, CFA, MFin, MBA) required.
• 4+ years of progressive FP&A experience; strong financial modelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with designated business lines to deliver reporting, performance analysis, and budgets/forecasts.
• Manage P&L with month-to-month trend review and budget vs actual analysis for stakeholders.
• Present results, KPIs, and analyses to internal and external stakeholders.
