Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly and quarterly internal management reporting, including forecasting, variance analysis, and full cycle accounting.
- Assist with quarter-end financial reporting, including consolidations, reconciliations, and analysis.
- Research and prepare memos for new accounting standards and complex transactions affecting the organization.
- Act as a key point of contact for external auditors.
- Work with cross-functional resources on ad-hoc projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- CPA or equivalent with a university degree focusing on accounting.
- 5 years of experience in a financial reporting role.
- Prior experience with multi-currency consolidations and group accounts.
- Strong systems and technical/computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in simplifying and streamlining processes.
