Job summary

RBC is seeking an Financial Advisor in L'Ancienne-Lorette, QC. You will attract, nurture, and grow relationships with high-value personal and small business clients, offering proactive advice across banking, investments, and credit.

You will collaborate with RBC partners to fulfill client life events, using digital tools to educate clients and expand advisory services. Travel between branch locations is a condition of employment.

Qualifications

• Must have Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).
• Quebec - Completed Certificate of Achievement - Personal Finance, offered through the Canadian Securities Institute.
• 1-2 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments.
• Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate empathy and understand client circumstances in all interactions.
• Uncover client needs and deliver client-centric advice and solutions at first contact.
• Use RBC capabilities to meet clients' personal and business financial needs.
• Address complex credit and investments with appropriate solutions.
• Promote digital self-service while guiding clients to interact through their channel of choice.
• Connect with clients both virtually and face to face and build relationships in the local community.
• Collaborate with market-leading professionals to ensure customized and relevant advice.
