A leading financial services organization in Burnaby seeks a Compensation Accounting Analyst. This permanent position involves managing compensation accounting and supporting financial analysis for public reporting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor in Accounting or Finance, has CPA or ACCA accreditation, and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Offering a hybrid work environment, the role requires one day in office until December 2025, increasing to three days thereafter.
This position is part of the corporate reporting accounting team, directly reporting to the senior manager of compensation accounting and MD&A reporting. This permanent role focuses on compensation accounting, including reconciliations and financial analysis to prepare portions of MD&A for public reporting.
This role offers a hybrid work environment, requiring one day per week in the office until December 2025, increasing to three days in office starting January 2026. The position involves direct reporting to the Senior Manager of Compensation Accounting & MD&A, working closely with other financial analysts. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, and the team consists of 11-13 members in corporate reporting.
This is a Permanent position based out of Burnaby, British Columbia.
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
This is a hybrid position in Burnaby, BC.
