Job summary
The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a Senior Technology & Data Specialist to lead enterprise Power BI dashboard design, data modeling, and AI-enhanced reporting. You will drive cloud-based reporting modernization, collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and IT teams, and ensure regulatory-compliant processes across the organization.

Qualifications
- 10+ years in finance technology, reporting, or data transformation.
- Expert-level Power BI skills including DAX, data modeling, and dashboard development.
- Hands-on Power Automate experience for workflow automation.
- Practical knowledge of AI reporting tools such as predictive analytics and ML applied to finance reporting.
- Proven track record of modernizing reporting by replacing manual Excel processes with automated solutions.
- Strong understanding of capital markets finance reporting, reconciliations, and ledger control.
- Experience with cloud-based reporting and data integration platforms.
- Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on solution architect.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise Power BI dashboards with advanced DAX, data modeling, and optimization.
- Implement Power Automate workflows to streamline reconciliations, reporting cycles, and approvals.
- Introduce AI-driven reporting capabilities such as predictive insights, anomaly detection, and trend forecasting.
- Migrate manual reporting into cloud-based, scalable, and auditable platforms aligned with enterprise data strategies.
- Modernize capital reporting, reconciliations, and general ledger processes while ensuring compliance with finance and regulatory standards.
- Work with Finance, Treasury, Risk, and Technology partners to ensure data integrity and strong governance.
- Evaluate and deploy modernization and AI reporting platforms to continuously improve reporting capabilities.
