Job summary

The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada) is seeking a Senior Finance leader to oversee the capitalization, amortization and governance of internally developed software across Technology portfolios. You will drive close, planning and forecasting cycles, and deliver executive insights to senior leaders.

You will coach finance professionals, streamline controls and promote automation using Power BI, Power Query and related tools.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of financial accounting, software capitalization, amortization and controls.
• Proven leadership of finance professionals and stakeholders across teams.
• Ability to translates detailed data into clear senior management recommendations.
• Experience with budgeting, planning and forecasting in a technology context.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;熟练的Power BI仪表板能力。

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end capitalization, amortization and related governance for internally developed software.
• Oversee monthly close activities, journal entries, reconciliations and variance analysis.
• Own time-reporting data reconciliation and accuracy across systems.
• Lead annual planning, rolling forecasts and scenario analyses for capitalization and asset balances.
• Develop executive dashboards and clear reporting on portfolio performance.
• Partner with policy, controls, technology and portfolio leaders to ensure policy alignment.
