You will partner with Project Managers, optimize tax and financing, monitor cash flow, and guide contract profitability while ensuring IFRS compliance.

The role requires 5+ years in finance project management, French and English fluency, and strong Excel/SAP skills, with a collaborative, results-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as Finance Project Manager or similar.
• Experience in industrial environments or controlling is a plus.
• Fluency in French and English required; additional languages a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Experience with audits or project operations is an advantage.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial aspects of high-criticality projects to improve performance.
• Partner with Project Managers to drive financial strategy and decision-making.
• Optimize financial elements such as organization, tax, hedging, and financing.
• Provide financial analysis, advice, and guidance to project teams.
• Ensure compliance with financial rules and regulations, including IFRS.
• Monitor and improve contract margins, cash flow, and working capital.
• Manage costs, revenue, and profitability while preparing accurate forecasts.
• Support claim management and negotiations with a focus on financial terms and risk mitigation.
• Coach junior Finance Project Managers to build their skills.
