• 6+ years of experience leading large cross-functional projects.
• Industry experience in financial services.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Project Ownership: Define and manage plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and sign-offs.
• Stakeholder & Ecosystem Leadership: Act as central point between sponsors, managers, domain leads, and integrators.
• Governance & Reporting: Present progress to executives and steering committees.
• Change Management: Decide on resource requests, scope changes, and risk mitigation.
• Cross-Functional Facilitation: Bridge business and technical domains in finance and risk contexts.
