Soho Square Solutions in Montreal seeks a seasoned program leader to guide strategic initiatives across globally dispersed teams in the financial services industry. The role emphasizes PM discipline, stakeholder communication, and driving continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will leverage Alteryx, Power BI, and DAX to derive insights, oversee PM processes (PMP/Scrum), and foster data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of related experience, preferably within Financial Services Industries in international environments.
• Good knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow (PMP and/or Scrum Master certification is a plus)
• Alteryx, Power BI, DAX
• Digital and Continuous Improvement Mindset / Experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and concisely to audiences of varying technical or seniority levels.
• Ability to effectively work with geographically dispersed cross-functional teams.
