- Lead, coach, and develop a team of finance professionals, including managers or team leads, establishing clear expectations, allocating workloads, and fostering a collaborative, accountable, and service-oriented culture.
- Manage complex financial issues and competing priorities, exercising sound judgment, resolving challenges within delegated authority, and escalating material risks or broader organizational concerns when appropriate.
- Support financial planning across multiple portfolios, developing a strong understanding of organizational structures, funding models, operating budgets, and the unique priorities of each business unit.
- Drive continuous improvement and organizational change, implementing financial systems enhancements, process improvements, automation initiatives, and service standards to strengthen efficiency and financial service delivery.
