Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Field Tech Senior Associate to provide on-site Apple device support in Montreal, QC, Canada. The role requires strong technical troubleshooting, device health checks, and proficiency with MDM tools. Expect 2+ years of relevant experience and the ability to travel as needed.

The position is 12 months onsite with a competitive hourly wage. Candidates should have a valid Canadian driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to obtain a Restricted Area ID Card.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in technical support for Apple/Mac devices.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred.
• CompTIA A+ or equivalent certifications may be required; travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day operation of Apple device support for the business.
• Respond to service requests for Apple devices using ITSM.
• Provide troubleshooting for Apple laptops, desktops, and mobile devices.
