Job summary

Intelligrated is a leading provider of warehouse automation and material handling solutions. The Advanced Customer Service Technician will operate within our customers’ facilities performing maintenance, troubleshoot, and preventive repairs on material handling systems.

You will coordinate with other teams and follow site safety practices to complete tasks efficiently. You’ll support 24/7 service requirements, with multi-shift coverage and potential travel for training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Completes work orders, records, logs and other documents according to procedures.
• Diagnose problems using drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist other Technicians in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance of distribution center equipment.
• Operate material handling equipment and battery equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per safety and quality procedures.
• Document information in CMMS and coordinate with other departments to expedite resolutions.
• Provide information to Customer Service and management to enhance service success.
• Work across multiple shifts and overtime as required.
• Some travel may be required for training and networking.
