Job summary

Intelligrated is seeking an Advanced Customer Service Technician to work on-site at customer facilities, performing troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on material handling systems. You will coordinate with other departments to ensure safe, efficient task completion and represent Intelligrated on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4+ years mechanical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years electrical troubleshooting and repair experience.
• 4+ years of experience using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders, records, logs and related documents per procedures.
• Diagnose problems using drawings and diagnostic tools.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE to maintain a safe environment.
• Assist other Technicians in troubleshooting, repair and maintenance.
• Operate material handling equipment and battery equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs per safety/quality procedures.
• Document information in CMMS and dashboard systems.
• Provide technical training and knowledge transfer to Customer Service.
• Support on-site customer guidelines and shift requirements.
