You will lead diagnostics, remote troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining high standards for repair quality and documentation. Strong HV and network knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; automotive repair training preferred.
• Minimum 5–8+ years automotive repair experience with bumper-to-bumper diagnostics.
• Experience leading or mentoring small teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced diagnostics and complex repairs in service centers and in the field.
• Provide remote diagnostics and guidance to field teams using logged data.
• Lead and mentor technicians, drive continuous improvement, and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Utilize specialized diagnostic tools to resolve high‑voltage and network faults.
• Ensure repair quality via thorough road tests and standardized processes.
• Oversee parts operations, inventory, and billing related to service work.
• Document work and provide root-cause feedback to engineering and leadership.
• Engage with customers, suppliers, and internal teams during escalations.
