Total Power Limited is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead technicians, coach staff, and optimize service delivery. You will drive revenue, gross margins, and customer satisfaction while coordinating with dispatch, managing timekeeping, and directing recruiting and onboarding activities.

A strong focus on safety and process improvement is essential. The role requires 5+ years in generator service with excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Service Technician experience in generator industry required.
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and computers.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable personal vehicle required.
• Strong HR management, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Team building, coaching, training, with the ability to coordinate activities, and improve task efficiency.
• Excellent communication; verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Field Service Technicians to exceed sales revenue, gross margins, and income forecasts.
• Provide direction and support to Technicians, holding them accountable for quality, productivity, and customer service.
• Ensure Technician time is optimized for billable service and dispatch the right technician with the right skills.
• Achieve Service Metrics Targets and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee timecards, overtime, and staffing levels; participate in recruiting and orientation.
