Job summary

Canadian Tire Financial Services is seeking a Retail Execution Manager to lead a field operations team across multiple regions in Canada. You will drive operational excellence, partner with RVP, and ensure alignment with corporate priorities while maintaining customer-centric standards.

The role requires strong leadership, travel readiness, data interpretation, and the ability to translate strategies into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in operational experience in Canadian Tire or equivalent retail.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• Required to travel extensively within and, at times, outside of assigned region.
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes without authority.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Understanding the financial levers of a retail store.

Responsibilities

• Lead with integrity, authenticity and empathy to foster a customer-centric brand standard across the region.
• Oversee a field team, ensuring effective leadership, development and alignment with goals.
• Partner with the Regional Vice President on operational goals in the market.
• Maintain ethical, collaborative relationships between Dealers and Corporation.
• Champion the True North Strategy to enhance the customer experience.
• Collaborate with RVP to build regional priorities and capacity for corporate plans.
