5+ years as a Site Superintendent or senior field leadership role managing complex projects.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee all field operations across multiple construction projects.
Collaborate with Project Managers and Site Superintendents on planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
Promote a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor project performance, quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
Identify risks and implement practical solutions to keep projects on track.
Mentor and support field staff while fostering accountability and teamwork.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners.
Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for field employees.
Resolve workplace conflicts and provide coaching to strengthen team performance.
Coordinate labour, equipment, and material resources across projects.
