Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in a technical solutions or customer success role, preferably in federal health.
• Strong understanding of real-world data including claims, EHR, and genomics.
• Experience in data harmonization and interoperability standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical point of contact for customers post-sale.
• Guide deployments around data ingestion and harmonization.
• Translate RFI/RFP requirements into clear solution architectures.
