Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate startups in Life Sciences and AI.
• Lead due diligence, analyze data rooms, technology validation, and risk assessment.
• Prepare clear investment memos to support management decisions.
• Assist in negotiating NDAs, term sheets, and shareholder agreements.
• Coordinate with legal teams and external partners throughout the deal process.
• Build relationships with founders, VCs, and incubators.
• Represent the company at events and communicate our value proposition.
• Support complex deal execution and problem-solving.
• Mentor junior team members and interns during research and due diligence activities.

Skills

Deal execution and financial modeling (DCF, Comps)
