Job summary

BGIS is seeking a Facility Manager III to oversee client facilities across Canada for a defined client base. You will be the primary BGIS contact for day-to-day client and tenant interactions, driving operational performance, safety, and cost control.

You will manage a portfolio of properties, oversee maintenance programs, coordinate with subcontractors and internal teams, and ensure service levels align with contractual requirements and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Five to ten years in a property/facility management environment.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Knowledge of building standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Exemplify customer service and create memorable experiences for a portfolio of properties.
• Manage budgets and financial performance under the client contract.
