Qualifications

• 5 years of facility operations and maintenance experience.
• Previous people leadership experience preferred.
• Trades training and safety certifications are assets.
• Ability to lead a team and ensure safety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Technicians and ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on maintenance tasks.
• Maintain visibility with clients and occupants and address issues promptly.
• Coordinate inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective work.
• Manage work orders and collaborate with CMMS teams.
