CBRE is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to lead operations for a facility, campus or portfolio, with supervision of staff and coordination of repairs, maintenance, and capital projects. The role emphasizes safety, vendor management, and budgeting within a disciplined team environment.

The position is based out of Calgary or Edmonton with a 14-day rotation to Kearl Lake (14 days on, 14 days off). Strong leadership, budgeting, and project management skills are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred; combination of experience and education acceptable.
• Experience leading staffing, coaching, and performance management.
• Strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, and capital projects.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support hiring.
• Coordinate daily team activities, assign tasks, and track deadlines.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance with technicians, vendors, and contractors.
