Global Sports Jobs Limited is seeking an experienced designer to advocate for player-centric experiences across a major franchise. You will help shape next-gen gameplay, new modes, and the first-time user experience, collaborating with creative, technical, and product partners to deliver exceptional player-centric outcomes.

The role focuses on guiding UX across core mechanics, defining design systems, and mentoring junior designers, with a strong emphasis on documentation and AI-enabled design

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in game development or related product design field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design solutions.
• Lead intuitive, responsive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across platforms.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suites or similar.
• Experience creating design documentation including user flows and specs.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance design velocity while preserving quality.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling to cross-functional partners and leadership.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally with producers, game designers, artists, and engineers.
• Ability to mentor junior designers on the team.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design within constraints.
• Experience refining design systems, tokens, and components.
• Ability to establish design standards and balance consistency with customization.
