Job summary

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions is actively seeking a Microsoft Exchange Specialist for a 6-month contract, based in Ottawa with on-site duties and telework options. The role requires expertise in Exchange Online, on-premises Exchange Server, and hybrid configurations.

The candidate will design, implement, and optimize Exchange environments, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability while mentoring client teams. Ottawa headquarters, on-site with telework, 6-month engagement.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Exchange Server on-premises and Exchange Online.
• Expertise in hybrid deployment, high availability, DR, and mail flow.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and Exchange Admin center.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level architectural and technical expertise for Exchange Online and Exchange Server.
• Support the design, implementation, optimization, and modernization of Exchange-related solutions.
• Assess and improve security, reliability, scalability, and resiliency of messaging services.
• Analyze and resolve complex Exchange infrastructure, mail flow, and integration issues.
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, networking, and identity teams to align with standards.
• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge transfer to the client.
