Job summary

LeverageTek Staffing Solutions in Ottawa is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for a 6-month contract with our Ontario client. The role supports on-site work in Ottawa or remote coordination with the client.

Ideal candidates have deep ServiceNow expertise, including AES, Employee Center, and Integration Hub, plus SharePoint integration, low-code development, and agile delivery. Security clearance eligibility is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
AES proficiency for building applications (App Engine Studio).
Experience with ServiceNow Employee Center and Integration Hub.
Knowledge of ServiceNow Platform including tables, forms, ACLs, and Flow Designer.
Experience with SharePoint as a developer (API, Integration, Search Schema).
ServiceNow Studio for advanced scripting.
Azure DevOps pipelines experience.
Bilingual in English and French (asset).
Located in NCR and available to work hybrid (asset).
Eligible for Government of Canada Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions.
Support and automate data migration.
Implement and configure integration of ServiceNow with SharePoint for document management.
Develop, test, demo, and deliver solution features in sprints.
Produce release notes and deployment documentation.
Configure and maintain CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments.
Create technical documentation for implemented features.
Ensure alignment with architecture standards set by HoC and Strategist.
Rapid prototyping and proof-of-concept.
