Job summary

Compugen Inc. is seeking an Exchange, Skype & MS Teams Administrator to join our IT Infrastructure team in Canada. You will manage Unified Communications, including Exchange Online in hybrid mode, Teams migrations, and mobility solutions.

Qualified candidates have deep Azure/O365, PowerShell scripting, and strong Windows Server experience. The role involves after-hours support and collaboration with business partners to deliver reliable UC services.

Qualifications

CS degree or equivalent in real-world experience.
Superior knowledge of Microsoft Azure, O365, Intune and cloud computing.
Strong Exchange Online and hybrid setup experience.
Experience with Skype 2019 and MS Teams migration.
PowerShell scripting for AD and Exchange.
Windows 10/Server 2016/2022 troubleshooting and analysis.
Understanding of AD, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft infra.
Exposure to disaster recovery (SRM a plus) and SCCM.

Responsibilities

Serve as Unified Communications Messaging and Mobility expert with ops and design roles.
Design and implement Azure/O365 Infrastructure and hybrid Exchange.
Manage Skype 2019 with Enterprise Voice.
Analyze incidents, identify risks, implement solutions.
Document collaboration system policies and diagrams.
Provide health checks and performance/capacity reporting.
Lead large projects, delivering on time and budget.
Mentor team members; contribute to architecture reviews.
Follow ITSM policies; after-hours and on-call support.
Explain design decisions to IT peers and justify risks.
