Description

B2B Senior Event Producer

Mosaic is a leading North American Integrated Agency, specialized in connecting with consumers through Experiential Marketing, Sales & Merchandising, and Shopper Marketing.

As a B2B Senior Event Producer, Conferences , you will be instrumental in ensuring the delivery of all business requirements for leading clients, as well as providing coaching and mentoring to your team. You should have a passion for executing with excellence, be detail-oriented, have an owner's mindset, and be excited to drive a team.

Your “hands-on” approach will be required to provide direct insight and strategy on how to improve and grow the programs. You will build relationships based on trust, innovation, and the delivery of consistent results that meet or exceed expectations.

Responsibilities

  • People Management of team (manage up and down)
  • Event Production – Technical show production and direction, live event production including planning, execution, and wrap-up
  • Vendor management, contracting, and advancing on technical needs
  • Conference Production – Agenda planning, speaker and talent booking, scriptwriting, presentation content strategy and design, AV vendor management
  • Registration management – understanding attendee journey in both live and virtual formats, and building programs accordingly
  • Manage all finances for a client group or department, responsible for margin targets
  • People development with a focus on long-term growth
  • Effective time management (self and team)
  • High client interaction, professional communication with corporate audiences
  • Weekly status updates on program results and personnel; client program reviews at mid and end points

Qualifications

  • Passion for event production
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in conferences, tradeshows, and large-scale productions
  • Excellent client relationship skills with superior production knowledge, able to guide clients through floorplans, registration software, and scenic design
  • Problem-solving and solutions-oriented attitude
  • Proficiency in floor planning software, understanding registration tools, and working across systems
  • Strong business acumen, especially in budgeting
  • Mentoring management style, coaching team members for success
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations with problem-solving techniques
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable vehicle for client meetings and on-site event delivery
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
