Job summary

Reliance Impact in Markham, Ontario is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects from conceptualization through tender. You will build accurate, defendable estimates and challenge assumptions early while partnering with Operations to ensure what we sell aligns with delivery capabilities.

The role requires strong communication to negotiate with suppliers and clients, with detail-oriented judgment to deliver on deadlines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics.
• Confident communicator who can negotiate and present pricing clearly.
• Detail-driven with strong judgement—accurate, fast, and calm under deadlines.
• Proficiency with common estimating tools (Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software).

Responsibilities

• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation.

• Build clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trust.
