Job summary

Reliance Impact is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects and ensure bids are accurate and defendable. You will own full-scope estimates from conceptual through tender and coordinate with Precon/PMs/Supers to align schedules and execution strategies.

The role demands a detail-driven, confident communicator who can negotiate and present pricing narratives that clients can trust, while driving value engineering and margin protection.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills; able to present pricing clearly.
• Detail-oriented with good judgement under deadlines.
• Proficiency with common estimating tools (Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software).

Responsibilities

• Produce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projects.
• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation.
• Identify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options to protect margin and schedule.
• Build clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trust.
• Collaborate with Precon/PMs/Supers to create realistic schedules and logistics plans.
• Improve estimating systems: templates, historical cost data, and supplier relationships.
