Reliance Impact is seeking a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects, ensuring accurate, defendable estimates and alignment with delivery capabilities.

The role focuses on building pricing narratives, managing take-offs, and coordinating with operations to maintain margin and schedule integrity.

Qualifications

• 7+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics.
• Proficiency with common estimating tools (Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software)

Responsibilities

• Produce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projects.
• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation.
• Identify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options that protect margin and schedule.
• Build clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trust.
• Collaborate with Precon/PMs/Supers to create realistic schedules, logistics plans, and execution strategies.
• Improve estimating systems: templates, historical cost data, lessons learned, and supplier relationships.

Senior Estimator (ICI General Contractor)

Compensation: Competitive $130,000-$160,000 + bonus/benefits

The Opportunity

We’re hiring a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects and bring consistency to how we win work. This role is ideal for someone who can build accurate, defendable estimates, challenge assumptions early, and partner with Operations to ensure what we sell is what we can successfully deliver.

What You’ll Own

• Produce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projects
• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation
• Identify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options that protect margin and schedule
• Build clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trust
• Collaborate with Precon/PMs/Supers to create realistic schedules, logistics plans, and execution strategies
• Improve estimating systems: templates, historical cost data, lessons learned, and supplier relationships

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment
• Strong understanding of scopes: civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics
• Confident communicator who can negotiate, ask the hard questions, and present pricing logically
• Detail-driven with strong judgement-accurate, fast, and calm under deadlines
• Proficiency with common estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software)
