Bird Construction in Winnipeg, MB seeks a Senior Estimating Lead to coach estimating and project teams in InEight Estimate and InEight Control. This role focuses on building capability, standardized estimate structures, and robust cost control rather than hands-on estimating.
You will lead the adoption of One Bird estimating standards, ensure data integrity, and guide forecasting to align with execution plans. This role emphasizes teamwork and continuous improvement across projects.
This role is focused on enabling and coaching estimating and project teams in the effective use of InEight Estimate and InEight Control. Acting as a trusted advisor, the role leverages practical estimating experience to guide teams in building high-quality, standardized estimates that support reliable cost control, forecasting, and execution. This is not a hands‑on estimating role—success is measured by the capability built within teams, the quality of estimate structures, and consistent adoption of InEight and Estimate Conformance practices. This position is based in Winnipeg, MB.
