Operations Program Delivery Lead, Project Management

The Operations Program Delivery Lead, Project Management, partners with project teams across Bird to support effective project setup, execution, and consistency in delivery.

National Operations Services (NOS) is responsible for enabling consistent, efficient project execution across the organization by developing and supporting standardized processes, systems, and programs that improve how work is delivered in the field.

This includes advancing the One Bird approach to project delivery, strengthening the implementation and consistent usage of tools such as InEight, and creating a continuous improvement loop between field teams and national initiatives.

This position does not replace the Project Manager but enhances their ability to deliver successful projects, helping drive alignment, standardization, and improved performance across all regions with One Bird in mind.

What You Will Be Working On
Project Setup & Readiness
  • Lead and support project teams in establishing projects correctly at the outset ensuring alignment with the Operations manual and InEight standards
  • Reinforce the proper implementation and consistent usage of InEight from project initiation
Execution Support & Coaching
  • Listen to Project Managers and site teams to understand challenges and opportunities
  • Provide hands‑on coaching and leadership to improve project execution
  • Reinforce consistent application of Project management fundamentals and Systems
Systems Implementation & InEight Leadership
  • Act as a national leader for InEight implementation and usage across projects
  • Drive consistent, disciplined usage of InEight as Bird’s standard project platform
  • Coach Project Managers and teams on integrating InEight and other project systems into daily execution
One Bird Process, Tools & Systems Leadership
  • Lead and promote standardization of One Bird processes, tools, and systems across projects
  • Drive alignment between Field execution, National processes, Systems and tools
  • Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and optimize workflows
  • Support the implementation of national initiatives at the project level
Qualifications & Experience
  • 5–10+ years of experience in construction project management
  • Strong understanding of: Project execution (cost, schedule, contracts, quality) and Construction site operations
  • Direct experience with InEight in a project environment is a must
  • Experience with other project-related software applications supporting delivery
  • Experience working across multiple projects or regions is an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, influence, and drive change without direct authority
