Job summary

Millennium EMS Solutions Ltd. in Canada seeks a Senior Project Manager for the Brownfield & Assessment Service Group to drive growth, mentor teams, and deliver complex environmental site assessment, remediation, and redevelopment projects nationwide.

You will build strong client relationships, apply risk-based site management strategies, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering high-quality results in a consultative office setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years’ experience in environmental site assessment and remediation.
• Experience managing and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with provincial legislation and environmental site assessment processes.
• Eligibility for membership in a relevant professional organization.
• Valid, non-GDL Class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow the client base by developing long-term relationships and opportunities.
• Manage a large portfolio of client sites with oversight of project teams.
• Apply project and portfolio management techniques to deliver quality results.
• Ensure health and safety requirements are understood and enforced.
• Mentor and develop staff within the service group.
