Job summary

Millennium EMS Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the Brownfield & Assessment Service Group across Canada from an office-based role in Calgary, Alberta. You will drive growth, mentor teams, and deliver comprehensive environmental site assessment, remediation and redevelopment projects.

The role emphasizes client relationship management, risk-based decision making and leadership of multiple complex programs in a consulting environment. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of environmental site assessment and remediation experience.
• Experience managing and maintaining client relationships.
• Familiarity with provincial legislation and the ESA process.
• Eligibility for membership in a relevant professional organization is required.
• Must meet site access requirements (drug, alcohol and fitness testing) and hold a valid Class 5 driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain client relationships, implement growth plans and pursue new opportunities.
• Manage a large portfolio of client sites with oversight of project teams and scope execution.
• Apply project and portfolio management techniques to ensure quality and contract alignment.
• Develop risk-based site management strategies and act as primary author on risk assessment projects.
• Mentor staff, identify competency gaps and support career development.
