Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Senior Environmental or Geotechnical Engineer in Canada to expand and strengthen an established practice. You will mentor professionals, oversee complex projects from planning through implementation, and lead liner and containment system design and permitting efforts.

You will collaborate with leadership, manage budgets, and build relationships with clients, regulators, and industry peers while maintaining a strong health and safety culture.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of professional consulting engineering experience.
• P.Eng. designation or equivalent recognized in Canada.
• Strong skills in conceptual and detailed engineering design.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with VP of Engineering to expand the engineering practice.
• Mentor and develop engineering professionals within the team.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, regulators, and suppliers.
• Deliver high-quality engineering services and maintain client satisfaction.
• Lead liner and containment system design and permitting projects.
• Manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Ensure deliverables meet technical and regulatory requirements.
• Provide engineering guidance on grading, site layout, and stormwater management.
• Contribute expertise in environmental, geotechnical, and civil engineering.
